On New Year’s Eve, the Cirque Event Center will be transformed into a party venue unlike anything you’ve seen before. Join Seattle’s best looking crowd as we ring in 2010. State-of-the-art sound and lights, first-rate décor, great food and a live performance by recording artist Montell Jordan make New Year’s Nation – Seattle the only and obvious choice for New Year’s Eve.

Fresh Fruit Display
A large assortment of fruits, carved and presented to show their natural colors and fragrance.
Cheese Tray
Imported and domestic cheeses, artfully displayed with an assortment of fresh grapes and berries, served with Pepperidge Farm crackers.
Fresh Seasonal Crudités
An assortment 16 different fresh vegetables, raw and blanched, and served with fresh ranch salsa and creamery bleu dressing.
Fresh Jumbo Ravioli
Fresh pasta stuffed with herb cheeses, chilled, and tossed in a fresh herb vinaigrette dressing, topped with shaved Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano Cheeses.
Almond Chicken Phyllo
All natural chicken breast, tossed with toasted slivered almonds and red flame grapes, in a fresh tarragon mayo, and served in phyllo cups.
Prawn Tower
Herb poached prawns and prosciutto basil wrapped prawns stacked high, prepped with Italian Prosciutto, thinly sliced and wrapped around fresh basil leaves, and jumbo prawns, served with a caper dressing and fresh grated horseradish cocktail sauce.
Caprice Bruschetta
Thinly slice French baguettes, rubbed with olive oil and toasted, topped with a sun dried tomato pesto, fresh buffalo mozzarella and fresh Roma tomatoes and basil.

Montell Jordan – Renowned recording artist, Montell Jordan, will headline New Year’s Nation – Seattle. Join Montell as he counts us down into 2010 and kicks off the new year with “This is How We Do It” and several other chart-topping hits.
